VIP Camp is a part of the Fairfax County Public Schools Summer Programs and Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services options for middle school students.

application process - how do i get my child in camp?
- Student Applications are submitted online. (Opens: April 2 at 8pm)
- Staff will notify families if they have been accepted into the summer program no later than APRIL 30, 2019
- You will receive an email with paperwork, permission forms, and fee information. We do have a wait list for those who do not make it in and will contact you as spaces become available.
- All paperwork, forms, and fees must be turned in at our MANDATORY PARENT MEETING on MAY 21, 2019 7PM to secure your child's spot.

Field Trip Fees:
To request a refund of the Camp Supply fee, contact the After-School Specialist at the VIP Camp Site prior to the cutoff date of Friday, June 14, 2019. Refund requests submitted after the cutoff date will not be considered. Refunds will be in the form of a check. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. |

transportation
Bus Transportation is available in the morning and afternoon for campers. Bus stops are Franklin, Lanier, Rocky Run, and Liberty Middle School.
****Lists provided closer to camp start date. The bus will also take students to the Mott Center for optional after-care until 7pm. Please see After Care below for more information. Sign-up is required for Mott Center. |
after care
The Mott Community Center offers supervised activities from 5:00 - 7:00pm with transportation from the school to the center in the afternoon. Parents would have to pick up their child by 7:00pm at the Mott Center. A form is required to attend.
